From February 19th to 23th, 2017, 13th IDEX was held in Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center. The exhibition lasted for 5 days and had attracted more than 1,200 enterprises from 57 countries and regions.

Abu Dhabi International Defense Exhibition is considered as not only one of the world's major international defense exhibition, but also the largest exhibition that covered land, sea and air defense system in Middle East and North Africa. It is an important platform for building and strengthening relationships with local governments, the military and the enterprises. On the opening day, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE, Dubai chief Muhammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoumu, personally visited the exhibition.
